Andrew E. Showe
Andrew E. Showe has overseen the day-to-day operations of Showe Management Corporation for over 25 years. In 1995, he became President of Showe Management. In that capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of the Development, Acquisitions, Rehabilitation and Financing of over 5,000 conventional, Section 42 and subsidized units at communities in Ohio, Texas, New Mexico and Hawaii. In addition to its multifamily portfolio, Showe Management operates over 400,000 square feet of commercial office properties in Ohio, Florida and Hawaii. Mr. Showe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University. He is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, National Association of HUD Managing Agents, National Leased Housing Association, National Apartment Association, the Ohio Apartment Association and the Columbus Apartment Association. He proudly served as the President of the Columbus Apartment Association in 2000 and currently is an active member of its Board of Directors.
Scott Hunley is Vice President of Showe Management Corporation. He is a 1986 graduate of Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. He is a Certified Property Manager® with the Institute of Real Estate Management, A Certified Assisted Housing Manager and a Certified Credit Compliance Manager. Mr. Hunley worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 1991 to 2001 and again from 2008 to 2010. During Mr. Hunley’s tenures at HUD, he was the Multifamily Hub Director for the State of Ohio, overseeing the HUD portfolio through offices in Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati. Mr. Hunley’s HUD experience includes several years in FHA organizations and asset management, and he has also served as the Director of the Los Angeles Enforcement Center. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Hunley was Vice President of Development for Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, where he assisted developers in all aspects of structuring and developing tax credit projects. Mr. Hunley specialized in mixed finance projects involving LIHTC, Tax Exempt Bond Financing, HUD programs and HOPE VI funding. Before joining OCCH, Mr. Hunley was Director of Risk Mitigation at Paramount Financial Group, where he was the Owner Representative of over 60 tax-exempt bond LIHTC properties and was responsible for the restructuring and disposition of troubled assets.
Donald L. Beebout
Donald L. Beebout is Vice President of Showe Management Corporation. He graduated from Youngstown State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree and continued his education in the MBA Program at the Virginia Commonwealth University and the Graduate Tax Program at Capital University Law School. In addition he has earned designations as a Certified Public Accountant, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Assisted Housing Property Supervisor, Certified Assisted Housing Manager, and National Assisted Housing Professional (Executive level.) He is a member of the Columbus Apartment Association (including being a past Board Member,) Midwest Association of HUD Management Agents (including being past President and HUD Liaison Officer,) Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and National Assisted Housing Management Association (including being Board Member and past Treasurer.) Additionally, Mr. Beebout lectures and conducts training for various real estate associations throughout the country. Mr. Beebout worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 1973-1981. He has worked for the Showe Companies for over 20 years and is currently involved with the day-to-day management of conventional, subsidized, tax credit and commercial properties.
Mary L. Perman, CPA joined Showe Companies as Chief Financial Officer in 2008. Ms. Perman graduated from Ashland University in 1991 magna cum laude, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in Accounting and Finance. In 1993 she achieved her Certified Public Accountant certificate in the State of Ohio. Ms. Perman has over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting, auditing and the real estate industry. This experience includes more than 15 years as Controller and Corporate Officer for a commercial real estate company that grew from $25 million to $75 million in revenues during her tenure. As Controller, Ms. Perman was instrumental in setting up the necessary internal controls to safeguard the corporate assets and was responsible for the integrity of the quarterly and annual financial statements. Ms.Perman is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Michelle R. Oglesbee is Chief Compliance Officer and Field Operations Manager for Showe Management Corporation. Ms. Oglesbee has worked with the Showe Companies since 1995 after graduating from The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining Showe Companies, Ms. Oglesbee served honorably in the United States Army in Europe and within the continental United States. Having worked in various departments of Showe Management Corporation, including accounting and systems management, Ms. Oglesbee has gained extensive property management experience and is directly involved with the varied aspects of managing conventional, subsidized and tax credit properties. She currently leads the compliance team and has earned professional designations including Certified Property Manager, Certified Assisted Housing Manager and Specialist in Housing Credit Management.
Michelle R. Oglesbee
Jerry R. Becker is Senior Operations Manager for Showe Management Corporation and is responsible for overseeing inspections of all physical facilities as well as maintaining proper operational controls. Mr. Becker has worked with the Showe Companies since 1986 and has experience as a Regional Manager overseeing over 1000 units in a portfolio of conventional and affordable properties. Mr. Becker also has experience as a site manager of over 450 units, involving HUD Section 236, Section 221(d)3 and Section 8 subsidies. Mr. Becker is a graduate with High Honors of Northern Michigan University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management and Marketing and a minor in Economics. Mr. Becker has earned designations of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Occupancy Specialist from Quadel. Mr. Becker holds a Universal HVAC Certification, a designation as Limited Pest Control Operator from the State of Ohio and is a Certified Pool Operator.
